I have 4 furbabies.  I want to thank Karissa who took my initial phone months ago when we started with Fischer.  She is an angel.  The Staff of Fischer Vet is currently helping me with my elderly 14 year old Labrador who is a member of our family.  He has multiple medical problems. Big shout out to Karissa!!!! We brought in a young female cat that came to our backyard. She was very thin.  After feeding her a week or two she got sick.  We took her to our vet (Fischer) and had bloodwork done, injections and put her on an antibiotic. She was feeling better by the time we got home.   We cannot bring her inside due to other animals that live in our house.  Bunny is a sweet and loving cat.  She needs to live inside with someone who can give her the love she wants.  We took her to the Humane Society yesterday.  I got a call from Karissa this morning telling me she found a lady who is interested in Bunny!!! My heart is so happy!   I hope this works out. Huge shoutout to Karissa for being absolutely phenomenal. You can tell this isn’t just a job to her. She genuinely loves what she does. She always takes time to answer my questions, even when I feel like I’m overthinking or asking the most basic things, and she never makes me feel rushed or brushed off. I walk out feeling reassured every single time. And let’s be real, she deserves a raise. Truly. She’s one of those people you ask for first if she doesn’t answer the phone because you trust her that much. That kind of consistency, kindness, and dedication is rare. Karissa is absolutely incredible. She knows Charlie by name every time we walk in and treats him like he’s her own. That kind of care matters more than anything. She always takes the time to answer my questions, even when I feel like they might be silly, and never once makes me feel rushed or dismissed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about the animals and the people who love them. Charlie is calmer because of her. I’m more confident because of her. Absolutely wonderful clinic!!! It’s always nerve-wracking to find a new vet after a move, but the second we walked in, I knew we had found a great place. Karissa and Katie at the front desk are awesome, Sam, the technician, was kind and patient with our cat, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Strange! She was born to be a vet. We have been going to Fischer Vet Clinic for awhile now for our senior dogs, one being a blind and deaf diabetic dog. We have been impressed with all the staff including Dr. Strange. Usually you get in right away, but today we had a long wait for the third party sonogram team to come do an ultrasound on one of our dogs. Everyone was so friendly, but Karissa, Mickey and Brittany went out of there way to make our wait pleasant. Karissa went above and beyond for customer service by bringing me a sandwich to eat in my car since it had gone past lunch time and I was starving! That’s what I call gold star service! BEST VET CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! (It’s a lengthy review but all honesty!) Hello! My name is Lillyann and I have a cat named Bonzo. Bonzo had eaten a bunch of string he stole out of our sewing box, and he climbed to get it! I know, crazy cat. So we took him to an emergency vet at first, but their prices were too high. 600 in total for checkup and two X-rays! And over 5,000 for surgery. We couldn’t afford that! Certainly not in this economy. But Bonzo is my best friend, my son, and my sweet baby boy I was not going to give him up into God's hands just yet! So we took him to Fishers, that’s where my grandma and my aunt recommended, they had visited all my grandma's cats before so we trusted that. Once we were greeted by staff it was welcoming and it felt like they genuinely cared for my baby boy despite all the pets they see throughout their career. They talked sweetly to him, and they were so kind to us during the hard time. The surgery was 3,000 in total and they helped us through payment and everything. Way cheaper than the other place we had taken Bonzo to! They gave great advice and a helping hand. All of the staff were kind, polite, and very professional and sincere. It felt like I could really trust them with helping my cat and me and not just here for the money. When my cat was there he loved them! Which made me feel good to know my scared anxiety-filled kitty was okay! I mean he doesn’t even like to come out of the room at our house, and he’s too shy to jump in with the other cats during play time, so to see him so happy and comfortable really put me at ease! They saved my cat and my heart! He’s doing amazing now chatting my ear off and giving me too much love!! All thanks to the Fisher staff and especially Dr. Strange! She really was the most helpful person I have ever met! During the freeze, she gave me her personal phone number to get in contact with her if something went wrong with Bonzo! She even texted to check up on Bonzo! A true sweetheart! This will be my main vet for now on and I plan on taking Bonzo up there so he can show off all the progress he made!
